Zomemo is a cloud-based note-taking and collaboration service provided by Gyum AI Technologies. These Terms govern your rights and obligations when using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Users under the age of 14 require parental or legal guardian consent.
3. Service Provision and Changes
We may modify the Service's content, features, and design at any time, with advance notice for significant changes. The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other necessary reasons.
4. User Obligations
Users must not: (1) steal others' personal information, (2) interfere with Service operations, (3) post illegal content, or (4) infringe on others' intellectual property rights. Violations may result in Service restrictions without prior notice.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain copyright to their notes and content. However, we may store, copy, and transmit content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Privacy Protection
We protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service Restrictions
We may restrict Service access or delete accounts after notice, or immediately in urgent cases, if users violate these Terms or disrupt normal Service operations.
8. Disclaimer
We are not liable for Service interruptions due to natural disasters, force majeure, or system failures. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
9. Termination
Users may terminate their Service agreement at any time by deleting their account. Upon termination, all user data will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over our headquarters.
